Life Along the Road to Justice for Morgan

So much of what happens in Morgan’s story of her stalking and murder happens behind the scenes.  While I understand the need for that, what mother who lost her child could not have such an ever growing anger with it all the same, I have wanted to let it all out as I learned about every fact, every piece of evidence, but I also felt that only law enforcement should know and act upon it.  The always present fact that, “only the murderer could know.”

Morgan was up front with the world, as anyone who knew her at all knows all too well.  Guessing where Morgan was coming from, or how she felt was not a part of her make-up.  That on top of her stalking, and then being robbed of her life, of everything she held for the world, and that it has become such a fight to bring any detail to the light of day is beyond wrong.  At what point does the incompetence, and lack of investigation cross into beyond incompetence, beyond not caring, and even sinister?  This is for others with the investigative power to question, and hold accountable the “authorities,” acting under “the color of law.”

I perhaps was forced to chew on my inner lip in silence for far too long when the wonderful writer that did an interview for Yahoo about Morgan long ago asked me for an update.  I just answered with facts that are now known and should be shared.  And I now feel a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

What happened to Morgan the four months of her stalking, the night of her murder, as well as the attempts of others to pretend that it never happened will never really sit right with me, so I want to share the interview with you all, with some of its new, and so horribly painful facts about Morgans death.  My last real blog about her case reached 300,000 of caring readers in the week that it came out, and for all of you who I feel share Morgan’s story for the good it can bring, BRAVO, she would want you to know how much she loves you, each and every one or you, and I want to heap onto that how much your support means to Steve and I – we would not have the strength to continue on without all your support.

Please read the interview or copy and paste this into your browser – Exclusive Interview with Toni Ingram, a mother with a voice and a message

and share it with others you know, especially anyone who might be experiencing stalking and is in need of help – people need to know stalking is serious and can have deadly outcomes.

And so many thanks to Sarah Afshar for all of her unending support and love for such a beautiful young woman that she was never able to meet, but has come to know so well.

  1. Excellent article/interview. Very well written. A major point, there was never an investigation to reopen. Come on CS detective, do your JOB!

  2. It’s well known in that county that the coroner’s are ruling suicides without proper/any investigation. I’m curious as to what your take is as to why?

I cannot wait for the day that I open this blog to look for updates and you’ve announced that someone is making this right for your family and Morgan. Curious if you’ve ever spoke to a psychic/medium for a different perspective?

    • I can’t say why anyone does what they do, but I do know I have heard that Coroners (not Medical Examiners) in small towns have done this before. If you want my own personal opinion, in Morgan’s case especially, the Coroner relied on the information given to them by Garfield County Sheriffs Detective Robert Glassmire, and the information that the Coroner was given was not even close to correct. The few reports that I read from the Sheriffs office over a year after Morgan’s death were not correct ,from small things all the way to very critical things, and unfortunately the detective, as well as the Coroners office were aware of these misrepresentations since we notified them the moment we received the first PER, but they never corrected them. I was so angry when I read the latest case that was similar to Morgans as to the detective in the case misrepresented evidence see http://kdvr.com/2014/04/08/evans-detective-accused-of-covering-up-evidence-to-hide-murder-as-suicide/

And yes we have spoken with an amazing psychic/medium (a very close friend) and many other very respected psychics have spoken up over time with the exact same information as well, confirming what happened to Morgan, and who did it – as well as where the evidence could be found…amazingly it was all true. But I want to caution everyone as to that information – in a court of law you can not use the information of a psychic, all you can do is use it just as you would a tip from anyone else in order to find evidence, and put the case together, so yes I know many, many details, and yes they are and will be critical in this case, but not as far as law enforcement following what a psychic says only putting together the case where the evidence leads, and the psychics help with that part of it.

It saddens me at times that people act like this is all fake, but I do understand what drives that belief, because even though I know it to be true I am so very skeptical at times as well. This is because not all those who claim to be psychic are, and not all psychics are good enough to interpret what they see, it is a true gift to be able to help others when you can communicate with the other side. I have always told my kids to question everything, and that is what I do as well. But I will also say when someone knows things that can’t be known on their own, and those things turn out to be 100% true then why would you not follow-up on what you are being told? That is what I don’t understand.

      • I completely agree with you. I’ve just actually learned that I have psychic abilities, so in my quest to better learn how to “tune in” i have come across some absolutely amazing, VERY PSYCHIC individuals who have helped me with aspects of my life and was just going to suggest to you to maybe explore the idea. Again, I cannot wait until you get someone who is willing to hear your voice. It’s loud and clear, now if someone will just take some action. Best of luck to you and justice for Morgan.

  3. Another thing I’d like to say it’s like the quote, “You can lead a human (I know most of the time people say horse) to water, but you can’t make him drink.” Everyone in this world holds tight to their beliefs, which is understandable, but just think about what a wonderful world this could be if people opened their hearts and minds to things that don’t fit into their “belief system” and actually decided for themselves with an open mind, if they believe what they see and hear to be true.

I welcome your feelings and ideas on Morgan's Stalking
