Perhaps if you still have the images of the stalker from your security footage , have the FBI and private forensic investigator/lab with latest technology try to enhance those images for possible identification. Has worked for other investigations. Take care and God Bless
Thank you so much for that thought…we have thought about it as well and have been in contact with some experts. It seems crazy I know but I have waiting this long to do many things, that one included, because I thought a real investigation would be launched and law enforcement would do just that, but you are right it has been too long and it is up to us now. When I was 20 years old I did many things my parents don’t/didn’t know about. Now that I’m in my 30s, when I tell my parents in conversations what I did they are SHOCKED. Including drugs. You will drive yourself crazier. It was an accident.
I know what you are talking about – trust me I raised 2 of Morgan’s older siblings + I sponsored a teenage niece and 3 other teenage hockey boys in our home. BUT what you don’t understand is that Morgan was different she was not your average teenager – she wasn’t into drinking and drugs, not to say she never did anything, but that wasn’t her thing, she was very much into studying, photographing, art, ballet, etc. And the most important part of this that you are missing is she had a predatory stalker, relentless and tormenting for 4 months. It was a felony stalking case and she had a detective assigned to her. The detective told us he believed her stalker was going to escalate just days before her murder and then she was murdered. Both her toxicology reports (physical evidence) contradicts the coroner’s claim about her manner of death. Her toxicology results show exclusively that she WAS NOT taking the prescription drug before she was killed with it. It shows it was an absolutely massive dose that would have had to be in liquid form and injected into her…no syringes or containers were ever found. It would have killed her in a short amount of time after being injected into her. And even more important the toxicology results of her gastric fluid shows the 5 date rape drugs were put in her stomach after she was either dead or almost dead as they were not in her blood. Her crime scene photos show a struggle and possible sexual assault and I could go on and on about more evidence but the bottom line is people will believe what they want to believe and my job is not to try to convince them…my job is to get the information out in order to get Morgan’s case investigated so she can receive justice and my job is to get the information out in order to try and make changes in order to help other victims of stalking.
